Cami Dettmer, Advisor
Cami Dettmer is Manager of Student Programs for the Alumni Association. Cami was born in Atlanta and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is a graduate of the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelors degree in Journalism & Communications and minored in Education. While at UF Cami was an active member in her sorority, Panhellenic and SGA. Cami has been with the Georgia Tech Alumni Association since early 2007. Prior to working at Georgia Tech, she worked in Annual Giving at Georgia State University.
Outside of work, Cami loves spending time with her husband, friends and family, traveling, reading a good book, watching movies, and Gator football.
Patrick Sugar, BOT Advisor
Patrick Sugar was born in Duluth, Georgia and the majority of his family is from Youngstown, Ohio. Patrick is a 3rd year Industrial and Systems Engineering Student and began with the Student foundation in fall of this year.
Patrick is involved in many organizations on campus, such as Lambda Sigma, HERO, and an off campus organization called Heart of Passion. He is on the HERO Greek Affairs committee and has served as the Greek Week/Homecoming Chair and Rush Chairman for his Fraternity.
Patrick loves football and is a devout fan of Ohio State as well as Georgia Tech football. He enjoys intramurals and likes nothing more than going to sporting events. He worked at Siemens Energy and Automation last summer and looks forward to the opportunities that the future holds.
Anne Marie Jones, BOT Advisor
I got involved with the Student Foundation my sophomore year as a member of the Development Committee. Two years later I served as committee director for the Development Committee and now serve on the Board of Trustees.
Around campus, I have served as Alumnae Relations Chair for my sorority, as a PL for Georgia Tech Housing, and as a FASET Leader. I am also a student athletic trainer for Georgia Tech.
Becca Donovan, Sophomore Advisor
Becca Donovan is a second year Industrial Engineer from Round Rock, TX. She began her involvement with Student Foundation as a member of Freshman Foundation.
On the Georgia Tech Campus, Becca is a PL, a member of a social sorority, and an active member of the Catholic Center. She is also a co-op student with AT&T and enjoys playing volleyball and going to Tech sporting events.
Nathan O'Connor, Sophomore Advisor
Nathan O'Connor is a second year Industrial Engineer from Vidalia, GA. He began his involvement with Student Foundation as a member of Freshman Foundation in 2007.
On the Georgia Tech Campus, Nathan is an active member of a fraternity and takes part in many campus philanthropies. He is also a co-op student with Simmons Bedding Company, enjoys hunting, fishing, and GT football, and hates UGA.
Joe Dembowski, Sophomore Advisor
Joe Dembowski is a second year Building Construction student from Alpharetta, GA. He began his involvement with Student Foundation as a member of Freshman Foundation.
Joe is a member of the Georgia Tech Club Tennis Team and enjoys all sporting activities and events held at Tech. He enjoys going out to meet new people and having a good time living life.
Cory Dunton, Sophomore Advisor
Cory Dunton is a second year Electrical Engineering student from Clemson, SC. He first became involved in the Student Foundation through the Freshman Foundation.
On campus, Cory is a member of a fraternity, the IEEE, and is also highly involved in Georgia Tech Intramurals, particularly Soccer and Ultimate Frisbee. He is currently an Electrical Engineering Co-op student working with Duke Energy at the Oconee Nuclear Station in Seneca, SC.
